What we got right

  • Zero substitution across 11,800 deliveries.
  • Four-hour cold-chain contract honoured on >99% of orders.
  • Hilsa allocation closed early in a poor week; members refunded automatically.

What we did not

  • Two stocking-density violations at the Salt Lake reserve — investigated and corrected.
  • A failed first attempt at a Howrah cold hub; relaunched in FY25.
  • Newsletter cadence drifted from monthly to quarterly mid-year.
An annual report should embarrass you a little. Ours does.
Key takeaways
  • 427 households, 4 reserves, 14 partner kitchens.
  • Zero substitution; >99% on-time cold-chain.
  • Two stocking-density violations recorded and corrected.
