A fair policy.

How we handle allocations, paused harvests, and refunds. Last updated: 1 June 2025.

Allocations are reserved against your membership tier and may be paused once per quarter with 72 hours’ notice. A paused allocation may be credited forward or gifted to another member household, but cannot be refunded for cash.

In the rare event a harvest does not meet our quality standard before delivery, we will replace the consignment within 48 hours at no charge. If a replacement is not possible, the allocation is fully credited to your next cycle.

Membership fees, once paid, are non-refundable except in cases of documented service failure on our part for more than 30 consecutive days. Pro-rata adjustments are calculated against the unused months of the annual cycle.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Our concierge will confirm within 5 business days and process any eligible credit within 14 business days.
