Terms of Reserve Access.

Membership in The Pond Club is registered to a single household and is not transferable, sub-let, or resold. Immediate family members residing at the same address may be named on the membership without additional fee.
Pond visits are scheduled by appointment with the relevant steward and are subject to weather, harvest cycles, and the steward’s judgement on pond welfare. We reserve the right to reschedule for the wellbeing of the reserve.
Members agree to handle all reserve fish in accordance with the storage and preparation guidance provided at delivery. Our two-hour promise applies from the moment of cut to the moment of delivery; storage beyond delivery is the household’s responsibility.
The Pond Club may, with 30 days’ written notice, adjust membership fees at the start of each annual cycle. Existing members are offered a 90-day grace window to renew at the prior rate.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
